Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

First let’s go through different scenarios of problems you as a customer may have.

  1. Product Received (but there’s a problem): You received your product. Yay! But there’s a manufacturing error, you received the wrong item from what you ordered, or the item was damaged. Bummer! In this case Printful will request photos to make certain of the errors and then you will be refunded or you can request a reprint from us. Please email us FIRST as soon as possible on our Contact Us page and we will ask for specific photos of the product so that we can forward your request to Printful and get you straightened away! You have up to 25 days after receiving the damaged, misprinted or defective product to notify us of the problem and promptly send us the photos we will need. Otherwise you may not receive a refund or a new item. With adequate photos you won’t need to ship the defective product back.

  2. Product Received (but you don’t like it): If you received your item and just didn’t like it or decided it wasn’t what you wanted… Grab Life Company will offer a one-time exchange of the item if you email us within 7 days after you receive it. At this time we do not offer refunds. So if the item is unused, clean, and in perfect condition you can ship it back (at your own cost) to Printful AFTER emailing us within 7 days (we will you give you the address). Then we will send you a new item that is agreed upon in an email; either the same exact one that you ordered in a different size or color, or a product equal in value to what you ordered before. Printful will let us know the condition of the item after they receive it and that may affect your ability to receive a new item. If you do not email us first within those 7 days, before sending your item back, you will not receive an exchange or a refund.

  3. Your Item Never Arrived: If your package was lost in transit, we may be able to see that through the tracking number on our end. In which case we may email you and check to see if the address was wrong or what happened. If you don’t hear from us, please email us! We can file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if you don’t receive your order. After that, Printful will look into what may have happened and issue a refund or a reprint of the item you ordered.

  4. Wrong Address: You made your order but then realized your shipping address is wrong. Don’t worry, you have time. Simply email us and we will update your shipping address for you as long as its before the item has shipped. If you realize the mistake after its shipped, depending on where you live sometimes you can contact your local post office or delivery carrier after its arrived in your city and ask if you can pick up your package from them. But if it gets returned we will have 30 days to update your address for reshipment. Please email us as soon as you realize there’s been a mistake so we can ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

  5. Grab Life Company’s Return Policy follows the rules and guidelines of our print-on-demand service, Printful, where applicable. If you have an issue with your product, please contact Grab Life Company first. Printful will usually defer to us on situations that arise from a customer being unsatisfied with their purchase. We value you as a customer and want to make sure you are satisfied with all your purchases and interactions with Grab Life Company.
